The most important relationship in the dissertation process is the one you have with yourself. How are you feeling? Do you feel yourself to be in integrity with your stated goal of completing the dissertation within a certain time frame? Are you working your plan effectively so you can reach your goal? If not, it’s time to get into alignment, now. What would you need to accomplish, today, to feel like you’re back on track with the dissertation process? Can you break this down into small steps, maybe of 5-10 minutes each? Remember, the more your actions (working on the dissertation) align with your goals (to finish the dissertation), the better you’ll feel and the more productive you’ll be.
